株式会社ReFlow（以下「当社」）は、BreatheFreeアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」）およびその他の関連法令を遵守し、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーをよくお読みください。
ReFlow Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the BreatheFree app ("the App"). Please read this Policy carefully before using the App.

iCloud同期機能を有効にした場合、データはお客様のiCloudアカウントにも保存されます。iCloudのデータ管理はApple Inc.のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
If you enable iCloud sync, data will also be stored in your iCloud account. iCloud data management is subject to Apple Inc.'s Privacy Policy.

プレミアムプランの購入はApple Inc.を通じて処理されます。当社はクレジットカード情報を直接取得・保存しません。
Premium plan purchases are processed through Apple Inc. We do not directly collect or store credit card information.

当社は、法令の改正、当社のサービス内容の変更、その他の理由により、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知いたします。変更後も本アプリを継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
We may update this Policy due to changes in laws, our services, or other reasons. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
