What is Capsule? Capsule is an iOS app that allows you to record diary entries by voice. It automatically transcribes recorded audio, and AI generates sentiment analysis and summaries. You can encapsulate your daily memories in a "capsule" and look back on them anytime. Is an API Key required? No, an API key is not required. Capsule allows you to use voice transcription and AI summary functions without any additional settings. All API usage fees are included in the monthly subscription fee. Where is my data stored? All data is stored only on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, it is also stored on Apple's secure servers. Data is never stored on our servers. What are the benefits of the Premium Plan? The Premium Plan offers the following benefits: (1) Unlimited Recording & AI Usage Unlimited use of recording time, transcription, and AI summarization. (2) Advanced AI Analysis - Detailed sentiment analysis (5 emotion categories) - Automated summary generation - Keyword extraction - Automated action item extraction (3) Weekly & Monthly Reports Retrospective reports are automatically generated every week and month. (4) Access to All Themes Choose your favorite theme from multiple types. (5) Priority Support Support response time: Within 24 hours (usually within 2-3 business days) (6) Other Features - Customizable dashboard - Detailed statistical analysis - Data export function What is the 1-Week Free Trial? New users can use all Premium features for free for the first week. (1) During Trial Period - All Premium features available - Unlimited recording and AI usage - No credit card registration required (2) After Trial Ends - Once the trial period ends, app functions become unavailable - To continue using, registration for the Premium plan is required - All recorded data remains retained How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription from the "Settings" app on your iPhone. (1) Cancellation Steps 1. Open the iPhone "Settings" app 2. Tap "Your Name (Apple ID)" at the top 3. Tap "Subscriptions" 4. Tap "Capsule" 5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" (2) Usage After Cancellation You can continue using Premium features until the subscription period ends. (3) Resubscribing You can restart your subscription at any time. How do I transfer data when changing devices? If iCloud sync is enabled, logging in with the same Apple ID on the new device automatically syncs your data. If not using iCloud sync, please use the iPhone backup/restore function. (1) Using iCloud Sync 1. Log in with the same Apple ID on the new device 2. Install Capsule 3. Data is automatically synced (2) Not Using iCloud Sync 1. Create an iPhone backup on the old device 2. Restore from backup on the new device 3. Capsule data is restored (3) Manual Data Transfer 1. Export ToDo list in CSV/JSON format on the old device 2. Import on the new device How can I improve transcription accuracy? Accuracy improves with the following points: ・Record in a quiet environment ・Speak close to the device microphone ・Speak clearly ・Use Wi-Fi or a stable communication environment How is sentiment analysis performed? AI analyzes the transcribed text and detects 5 emotions: "Happiness," "Stress," "Calm," "Sadness," and "Anger." This is provided as reference information and is not a medical diagnosis. How do I delete data? (1) Deleting Data from Within the App Go to Settings > Data Management > Delete All Data, to delete all stored data. ⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone. Please ensure you have a backup before deleting. (2) If iCloud Sync is Enabled To delete data on iCloud, execute the following steps: 1. Open iPhone Settings app 2. Select [Your Name] > iCloud > iCloud Drive 3. Turn off Capsule and select "Delete from iPhone" 4. Data on iCloud is deleted (3) Deleting Individual Entries To delete individual entries, select the entry from the calendar screen and tap the delete button. (4) Data Recovery After Deletion Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend backing up important data in advance. Can I share my ToDo list with other apps? Yes, ToDo lists can be exported in CSV, JSON, and iCal formats. You can import them into apps like Apple Reminders, Google Tasks, Todoist, Notion, Things 3, etc. (1) Export Method 1. Open Capsule "ToDo List" screen 2. Tap menu button at top right 3. Select "Export" 4. Select file format (CSV, JSON, iCal) 5. File is generated (2) Import Method 1. Select import function in the other app 2. Select the file exported from Capsule 3. Import complete Please tell me about privacy and security. Capsule prioritizes user privacy above all else. (1) Data Storage Location All data is stored only on your device by default. Data is never stored on our servers. (2) Data Transmission to External Services Data is sent to OpenAI API for audio transcription and AI summary generation. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy. (3) Security Measures - Local data is encrypted by iOS data protection features - iCloud sync data is protected by Apple's encryption technology - App lock function using passcode and biometric authentication is provided (4) Tracking Capsule does not use tracking technology to track user behavior.
